MVP Factory — Solo Dev

Build fast. Validate faster.
Go all-in on the winner.

Polynova is a one-person software studio launching 8–15 SaaS MVPs over 2–4 months, finding the one that grows, and doubling down on it relentlessly.

Ship, measure, kill, repeat.

No fluff. No premature scaling. Each app is a bet — placed quickly, evaluated ruthlessly, and either doubled down on or dropped.

Phase 1–2

Build the Foundation

A shared template with authentication, subscription payments, and a cloneable database schema. One week, then it's done and never touched again.

Phase 3

Validate 10 Ideas

Landing pages, $20–$50 ad tests per idea, and real signup data. No idea gets built without proof someone wants it. The market picks the shortlist — not gut instinct.

Phase 4

Launch the First 3 Apps

Clone the base, build the core feature in 2–5 days, deploy to a subdomain, write one SEO-targeted blog post, and share in the right communities. Each app is live and paying-ready.

Phase 5

Measure & Decide

Two weeks of data. Organic signups, return visits, paid conversions. Strong signal: double down. Weak signal: tweak for one more week. No signal: kill it and move on.

Phase 6

Build the Next Batch

While monitoring the first batch, build 5–7 more. The pipeline never stops. By the end, there are 8–15 live apps with real traffic data.

Phase 7

Optimize the Winner

The app with traction gets everything: deeper features, a content strategy, proper onboarding, targeted ads. From MVP to real product. No distractions from the others.

Four rules that drive every decision.

💰

Revenue Before Infrastructure

Every decision is filtered through one question: does this get a paying user faster?

🔍

Validate Before Building

No app gets built without evidence that people are actively searching for a solution.

Kill Fast

Zero traction after 2 weeks live means it's dead. No sentimentality, no second chances.

🔁

Systematize After Patterns

Don't build tools for problems you haven't encountered yet. Systems come after the data.

🎮 Also building games

Lost Reality Games

Alongside the SaaS work, Polynova is also home to a game studio — Lost Reality Games. It runs in parallel, a creative counterpart to the product-focused side of the business.

The studio is currently developing Keyboard Rush, a game built around fast-paced keyboard mechanics. Add it to your wishlist on Steam to follow along.
